I was asked to deliver this letter to the Prince of Poland. I hope it finds its way to him.

Transcription:

Dear Prince of Poland,

There have been new disions [decisions] about the ball.

Emma does not want to marry you.

She wants to marry the Prince of Belarus.

So please let her.
